THE MILKY WAY GALAXY
Milky way is the galaxy where our solar system is located. From Earth, it looks like a faintly glowing sky where someone has split milk. The Milky Way is a whitish broad band made of clusters of millions of stars.
Scientists have found that our galaxy is 12 billion years old!
Our galaxy is a spiral typed galaxy and has a shape of a 'Huge Whirlpool'. Our galaxy is approximately
made of Billions of stars and clouds of dust and gases. There are also other galaxies like Milky Way.
