Check out the new £5 banknote design by Bank of England featuring Churchill, Big Ben and the Nobel Prize for Literature.This new note will go into circulation in 2016.
The new note includes:
- The Churchill 1940 quote from a famous speech: "I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat."
- A view of Westminster and Big Ben from the South Bank of the River Thames in London
- The clock face showing 3 pm (the time he made the speech)
- A background image of the Nobel Prize for literature which Churchill was awarded in 1953.

Announcing the newest design,Bank of England governor Sir Mervyn King said:
"Our banknotes acknowledge the life and work of great Britons. Sir Winston Churchill was a truly great British leader, orator and writer."
It will be the second time Churchill has appeared on British money, having previously been featured on the 1965 five shilling coin.
